Within a five minute drive of the community, residents can find Shawnessy Towne Centre, which houses over 100 shops and restaurants, including three grocery stories, a large-scale movie theatre and a variety of big box stores.

Although a majority of homes in the area are single-family detached properties, there are many opportunities to get into a condominium or townhouse. Shawnessy real estate varies in price depending on what you’re looking for but for the most part is fairly affordable. Prices for condos and townhouses usually start around the $200,000 mark and houses usually start around the mid $350’s.
